I’m a very complex person with ASD, ADHD, PTSD and I’m queer and polyamorous. I struggle with finding therapists that meet all my needs. Ellie makes me feel seen, supported and encouraged. This place changes lives!

My therapist is amazing and has made me feel incredibly safe. The work has not been easy but it has been beneficial. Thank you to Ms. Harry thus far and for the future growth.

She has helped me work through so much. I feel heard and engaged when we talk as she feels just as invested in my growth as I am. My sessions with her have helped me make positive changes and growth as a person.

I have never seen my daughter so happy talk to somebody in her life. She understands my daughter, she relates to my daughter, I’ve never seen a therapist like her before and we’ve seen many. My daughter feels heard, validated, understood and appreciated.

Ellie is an amazing facility with great therapists in a warm, calm environment. There was no waiting list and working with Jason was a great experience.

I was nervous about going back to therapy but Caroline has made it something I look forward to every week. She has helped me so much with big things and even small everyday things in my life. My relationships have improved and my mental health has greatly improved.

Chris is a great listener and a compassionate therapist. He helps me to unpack difficult issues I’m facing, and offers me insightful perspectives. It can be hard to find a therapist who possesses all of those important qualities–intelligence, empathetic support, dedication and strong experience.

It would be hard to overstate how life-changing it has been to work with Xoel. He provided a context to understand my childhood and adult life in a way I never would have and support to break out of harmful patterns. He is kind and empathetic and patient and not only never shames me but tries to guide me not to shame myself. 

Thank you for helping my daughter! We’ve been so impressed with your caring approach. She looks forward to her sessions every week and is doing SO much better with managing her anxiety 💗 We love Ellie!

I have a hard time being emotionally vulnerable around anyone and everyone but Liz just knows exactly what to do! I’ve never met someone who can read me like a book before and she makes it comfortable. She doesn’t push me to talk about what’s happened to me but she helps me understand why I do things because of it.
