Parents of Gay or Gender Fluid Children

This group is designed to support Parents in understanding and recognizing the needs of their Gay or Gender fluid Child/Adult Child. It will assist in providing the parent with a comfort level around all issues related to the LGBTQIA+ community.

LGBTQIA+ Teen Group

Ages 13-17

This group is designed to be a support platform for gay and gender fluid teens. It will be a virtual group in the evenings and will assist teens in navigating their sexual and gender expression in a positive and safe way. How to encourage support from friends, peers and family and Setting boundaries are some topics to be discussed.

5:00 Dump & Vent - Leave Work at Work

This group is designed to help any 9 to 5er log in and process their stressors and triggers so they can go home with a sense of peace and closure for the day. Meets twice a week Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:00.

CBT/DBT Group

Adults 18*

BT/DBT Group: This group is designed to educate participants on techniques to assist in directing ones thinking and emotional responses towards more intentional and positive outcomes. What we perceive can be filtered through a process that leads to positive feelings and behaviors, even when our habit is to feel and behave negatively. Learn ways to access, validate and direct your internal dialog so you can open up new choices in your old patterns.

5:00 Dump Group

Adults over 18

This is designed for adults over 18 who work and are needing to process triggers and stressors before they go home. Especially for people who have highly stressful or even traumatic jobs like first responders, nurses, CPS workers.
