Teens, 13-17

Mind Over Mood teaches methods that have been shown to be helpful with mood problems such as depression, anxiety, anger, panic, jealousy, guilt, and shame. The strategies also help solve relationship problems, improve ability to handle stress, improve self-esteem, become less fearful, and feel more confident.

Johns Creek High School Drop In Group

Johns Creek High School students, ages 14-18
