Ellie Mental Health is seeking a passionate and creative Psychiatrist to join our team as Director of Adult Psychiatry. This opportunity is a mix of clinical time seeing clients in a well supported outpatient clinic as well as time dedicated to developing and supporting the provision of adult psychiatric services within our team. We are looking for a psychiatrist interested in developing and optimizing outpatient care, community based care, speciality clinics as well as interventional approaches. The Medication Management Team is a multidisciplinary group which currently includes Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Nurse and Medical Assistants. We have a referral base from 180+ therapists and our clinical focus is on outpatient care throughout the lifespan. Clinicians are highly supported with medical assistants, a reception team, and our billing department. We are looking for Psychiatrists to be educators and leaders amongst your colleagues and in patient care. Candidates should have a diverse background of experience, motivation, and flexibility.
As Director of Adult Psychiatry, you will be a primary clinical resource for case consultation and provide supervision as needed. Additionally, in this position you will be tasked with collaborating on standards of care, clinical improvement projects, and developing educational resources.
