Stephanie graduated from Rivier University with a Master’s degree in a Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Originally a preschool teacher, it was in the classroom where Stephanie found a passion for helping children on a more therapeutic level.

With over a decade of experience, Stephanie has worked extensively with individuals of all ages, in particular with children, adolescents and families. Her background includes early intervention for young children ( ages 0-5) and families, therapeutic school environments( grades kindergarten through 10), hospital and emergency settings, and outpatient settings.

Stephanie is skilled in addressing a wide range of disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, autism, body- focused repetitive behaviors, as well as a specialized expertise in infant and maternal mental health, including postpartum support. She incorporates diverse therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, mindfulness, CBT, art therapy, movement therapy, and bibliotherapy- tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.

As a client-centered therapist, Stephanie is committed to meeting clients where they are emotionally and empowering them as the experts in their own lives, providing a compassionate and supportive environment through their challenges. Stephanie ‘s primary goal as a therapist is to empower her clients with tools and skills to function and live happy and healthy lives.
