Michelle has dedicated her career to helping people strengthen their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. She earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and spent more than 20 years working as a registered nurse in a variety of clinical settings. With a deep interest in the connection between spirituality and mental health, Michelle also earned a Master’s in Theological Studies from Boston University.

Drawing on both professional experience and personal understanding of mental health needs, Michelle brings warmth and practical guidance to her work. She supports adolescents, adults, and families in building self-awareness and developing skills to confidently navigate life’s difficulties. Her counseling approach integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and internal family systems (IFS).
