Alfredo Mejia, LCSW

Therapist

Alfredo is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned his Master of Social Work from Boise State University. He works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the everyday stress that comes with being human.

Alfredo is passionate about creating a space where all clients feel safe, respected, and truly heard. While he has experience supporting the unique needs of men and other specific groups, he is committed to providing compassionate, individualized care to all adults seeking support, helping break down stigma and build resilience through connection and self-growth.

His approach is collaborative, person-centered, and holistic. Alfredo integrates evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Existential Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness practices to help clients connect with their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.

Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, but Alfredo brings warmth, cultural awareness, and a grounded, compassionate presence to help clients feel at ease every step of the way.

Outside of work, you’ll find Alfredo spending time with his family, lifting weights, playing video games, reading or writing poetry, and roller skating.
