As a therapist, I believe in the healing power of being truly seen, heard, and supported. I work with adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, sexual assault, anger management, personality disorders, and attachment issues. My clients can expect a therapeutic space rooted in genuineness, support, humor, honesty, and trust.
I use an integrative, individualized approach that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and other evidence-based practices. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of someone to talk to, my goal is to meet you where you
are and walk alongside you toward clarity, strength, and growth.
With a year of hands-on training supporting both individuals and groups, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through a wide range of life experiences. My passion for therapy comes from witnessing loved ones struggle with mental health—an experience that inspired me to become someone others can turn to. I want people to know they’re not alone, and that healing is possible.
