Cassandra is a Provisional Professional Counselor who earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health through Chadron State College. She has several years of experience working with children, teenagers, adults, families and couples helping them work through life’s struggles. She works with couples in any stage of their relationship, families, and individuals including adults, teenagers and children (5+).
Cassandra’s clinical interests include issues related to family and relational struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, domestic violence, sexual abuses, substance abuse, ADHD, and Autism. She also has experience with nutrition coaching and physical fitness needs. She is warm and compassionate and can be direct in approach using different techniques to fit client’s specific needs.
Cassandra enjoys drinking coffee, reading , the arts, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
