With a passion for supporting women, children, teens, and families through life’s challenges, Ms. Esther offers a warm, strengths-based approach to therapy. She helps clients make sense of their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build healthier connections by emphasizing personal meaning, family dynamics, and the interconnectedness of mind, body, and environment.
Her background includes specialized training in play therapy and hands-on experience in outpatient mental health, early childhood settings, as well as individual & family-focused therapy. Drawing on both structured and flexible methods, she supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and major life transitions; Always aiming to create a collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
Outside of work, Ms. Esther is a part of a hiking club and enjoys attending musical events.
