Hannah earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work at Simmons University in Boston, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Rivier University, in Nashua New Hampshire. Hannah specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have intellectual and developmental disorders, autism spectrum disorder, as well as working with those who have anxiety, depression, life stressors, and schizophrenia. She enjoys working with caregivers of aging parents and special needs children. Hannah believes that the client is the expert and directs their care, but with guidance, can assist those in reaching their goals. She focuses on a strengths-based approach as well as CBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused and play therapy. Not one approach works for everyone so between the client and clinician they can determine what approach is going to work best for the client.
Coming to therapy is a big step and so creating a safe welcoming environment that feels less clinical is something Hannah strives to create. She looks forward to working with you to achieve your goals in a safe and positive environment!
