Monica is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in New Hampshire. She works individually with children, adolescents, and adults. Monica has experience working in a variety of settings including outpatient, public schools, residential schools, group homes, and community based. Her specialties include acute and complex trauma, anxiety, grief, and working with individuals with neurodivergences (ADHD, ASD).
Monica uses a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapies (ACT, CBT, DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy, and Somatic interventions which can include breathwork and yoga. Her priority within treatment is to create a person-centered, safe, and supportive space for her clients where they can feel validated and accepted without judgement. During her free time, Monica enjoys teaching and practicing yoga, hiking, cooking, reading, and spending time with family, friends, and cat.
