Jaydee Tumambing Hughes, PhD & LMFT is a proud Filipina American, dedicated to communities who have difficulties accessing mental health assistance. As a therapist of almost 20 years, Jaydee has worked with different populations, but her clinical focus has been primarily with survivors of childhood abuse (CPTSD). She is trained in TFCBT and psychodynamic processes, and integrates culturally sensitive approaches in her practice and supervision. Jaydee has been a clinical supervisor since 2010 and loves to stay abreast of current practices and tools to share with her team. She is extremely excited to be a part of the Ellie Team, to ensure that therapists and clients receive the care that they deserve, and to practice acceptance, authenticity, compassion, creativity, determination, and humor (she is definitely funny!) in the San Dimas office…and beyond!
